Deidre Gurney is the Manager and Founder of Title Insights. She established the company in November 2019; however, she has been in the real estate industry since 1993. Deidre considers herself a Florida native, as she was born in Massachusetts, but her family moved to Florida when she was two weeks old. As a matter of fact, she hasn’t lived outside of Pinellas County since moving here. Deidre considers our area home and has no plans of ever moving elsewhere.

Deidre is an alumna of the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg campus, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2001. Beginning in 1993, Deidre worked for a Real Estate and Probate law firm, where she first fell in love with real estate. Her passion for real estate continued, and her career took her to the financial side of the real estate business in Tampa Bay, where she worked as a closing manager for a large mortgage company in the early 2000s.

In 2006, Deidre became a licensed title agent and has worked in the title industry ever since. She gained vital title experience working for three of the largest national underwriters prior to opening Title Insights in 2019. Deidre has closed over 25,000 transactions and looks forward to closing yours!
