Gurney is the visionary behind Title Insights—a premier title and settlement company serving the entire state of Florida. As a licensed title agent, seasoned closer, and trusted consultant to real estate professionals, Deidre has facilitated over 26,000 real estate transactions throughout her career, each one a testament to her accuracy, integrity, and dedication to protecting property rights.
Deidre began her career in the legal field, where she built a strong foundation in real estate law and contract negotiation. Her natural leadership and entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch Title Insights with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide clear, reliable, and expertly executed closings for clients across residential, commercial, and investor markets. Under her direction, Title Insights has earned a reputation for combining modern digital convenience with time-honored professionalism.
A lifelong resident of Pinellas County, Florida, Deidre is deeply connected to the community she serves.
